 Hello Everybody!

Welcome to the Survivor Manual: Internship. I am glad you made it. Why don’t you sit down, get comfortable and have a nice cup of coffee while I tell you a little bit about this blog? What was that? Who I am? Ha ha, solid question and what a brilliant start:

About Myself

My name is San and I like coffee.

As a matter of fact, I have been drinking it ever since I am very little. I still remember those cozy, Family-Sunday afternoons in Germany. My Dad always used to pour just a few drops of it into my milk, simply because I liked the taste so much. As I grew, so did the ratio of coffee and milk. My personal favorite was the golden 50/50 ratio and I tried to maintain it wherever I went. So, in Germany I enjoyed ‘Milchkaffee’, when I moved to Italy in my teens I made the discovery of “latte macchiato”. When I started studying in Paris, I grew fond of ‘Café au lait’ and here in the Netherlands I like the ‘wrong coffee’, the Koffie Verkeerd (Come to think of it, I have never been to Ireland).

Just on the side, I am no addict. I wouldn’t survive it. I slightly tend to hyper activity and fear that a coffee addiction would give me a heart attack. I simply enjoy the taste which immediately triggers cherished memories of cozy Sunday afternoons in the circle of my loved ones.

The Company

I would like to mention that I am a very lucky little person to have found a spot in this company. It is a great and international company, with a nice red and white wavy logo and the only other thing I will further mention at this point is that, among other lines of business, it has to do with coffee. Of course, there is much more to it. But you just have to be patient and find out for yourself.
